Mental Health and related issues are the scourge of modern society, the advent of the pandemic only exacerbating the situation to a level which has yet to be fully understood.
Addiction Issues
Here at the Standing Tall Foundation we understand that addiction is an illness. The most common forms of addiction are associated with the excessive use of drugs or alcohol, however addiction can manifest in many different ways.
Wellbeing
The pressures of modern society make Lifestyle and Mindfulness, ever more important to our spiritual and physical health.
