Do you want to improve your Wellbeing by taking part in some exercise with like minded people? Come and join us every Wednesday on the grass outside our building as our coach Josh takes you through some fun strengthening exercises, combined with boxing, band work and stretches.

You can go at your own pace, all ages and abilities are welcome!
