Do you want to improve your Wellbeing by taking part in some exercise with like minded people?

Come and join us every Wednesday as our Wellness coach Josh takes you through some fun strengthening exercises, combined with boxing, band work and stretches. This is followed by our yoga guru Kerry who will take you through some relaxing yoga poses and meditation.

You can go at your own pace, all ages and abilities are welcome!
