Chris Nicholson

Addiction Support Worker

Chris progressed a successful sales career and like many people enjoyed a drink. His consumption of alcohol steadily increased, which inevitably led to his participation in recreational drugs. Today following help and support, Chris is moving his life forward in a positive way and has dedicated his professional life to helping those who find themselves where he did and in need of structured support. Chris believes that only someone who has been through the experience can truly relate to people encountering the difficulties of dependency. He brings not only his own experience to bear, but also experience in helping others recover from their addiction using tools and techniques he has been taught during his own rehabilitation and employs them to the benefit of others. Chris is very passionate about giving back to others what was so freely passed on to himself.
